Is a Bangladesh MBBS From UMC Valid in India?
UMC appears in the DGME-approved list of non-government medical colleges for 2025-26 in our database. The rules that matter for Indian students under the NMC FMGL Regulations 2021 are these:
- Duration: NMC needs at least 54 months of study plus a 12-month internship. Bangladesh offers 5 years (60 months) plus a 1-year internship.
