SamadMBBS.com is a student-run information and guidance platform operated by Osama and Samad — two Indian nationals who completed their MBBS degree from Marks Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are not a registered consultancy firm, not a licensed education agency, and not an authorised recruitment partner of any Bangladesh medical college unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific institution and session.

We provide free information, guidance, and eligibility assistance to Indian families considering MBBS in Bangladesh. In some cases, we charge a transparent processing and documentation fee for end-to-end admission management. This fee is always disclosed to the family before any commitment is made.

Information Accuracy and Limitations

We make every effort to ensure that the information published on SamadMBBS.com is accurate, current, and sourced from official documents. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information on this website. Specifically:

  • Fee figures published on college information pages are based on official fee circulars where available. Where an official circular is not available, fees are stated as approximate and clearly marked as such. All fee figures are subject to change by the respective college without prior notice to SamadMBBS.
  • College accreditation status, NMC recognition, BM&DC approval, and DGME active status are based on information available at the time of writing. These statuses can change. Families must independently verify the current status of any college on the official DGME portal at foreignstudents.dgme.gov.bd before paying any fee or confirming any admission.
  • Hospital bed counts, hostel facilities, faculty details, and campus descriptions are based on official college materials, Samad’s on-ground visits, and verified student feedback. These details may change without notice as colleges expand or modify their infrastructure.
  • Exchange rate figures used to convert USD to INR are indicative only. The actual amount you pay in Indian Rupees depends on the exchange rate at the time of each individual transfer. SamadMBBS is not responsible for any financial impact resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
  • SamadMBBS content is updated regularly but may not reflect the most current information for every college or every admission cycle at all times. Always confirm critical details directly with the college or through SamadMBBS before making financial commitments.

No Guarantee of Admission

SamadMBBS does not guarantee admission to any medical college in Bangladesh or elsewhere. Admission is subject to the student meeting BM&DC GPA eligibility criteria, NEET qualification as required by the National Medical Commission of India, DGME eligibility verification, and the individual admission policies of the chosen college.

Even where we confirm that a student meets eligibility requirements based on their marksheets, final admission confirmation rests entirely with the college and the DGME. SamadMBBS is not liable for any admission rejection, seat cancellation, session delay, or change in eligibility criteria implemented by DGME, BM&DC, NMC, or any individual college after the date of our guidance.

NMC and BM&DC Eligibility Guidance

We provide BM&DC GPA eligibility calculations as a free service based on the student’s 10th and 12th board marksheets. These calculations are performed in good faith using the BM&DC’s stated equivalency formula. However:

  • BM&DC eligibility criteria can change between admission cycles. The criteria applicable to the 2025-26 or 2026-27 session may differ from previous years. Always verify the current eligibility requirements directly with DGME or BM&DC.
  • SamadMBBS’s GPA calculation is an estimate to help families understand approximate eligibility. It is not a formal determination by BM&DC or DGME. Only the official DGME portal and the BM&DC can make a binding eligibility determination.
  • NEET qualification is a mandatory requirement imposed by the National Medical Commission of India for Indian students seeking admission to foreign medical colleges. SamadMBBS does not make admission rules — we advise students based on existing NMC regulations. Changes to NMC regulations are outside our control.

Fee Payment and Financial Transactions

SamadMBBS does not collect, hold, or transfer college tuition fees, seat booking fees, registration fees, or hostel fees on behalf of any family or student. All payments for college fees must be made directly from the student’s or parent’s bank account to the official bank account of the respective college, as specified in the college’s official fee circular.

We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from payments made to incorrect accounts, fraudulent agents, or third parties claiming to represent either SamadMBBS or any Bangladesh medical college. If anyone claims to be SamadMBBS and asks you to transfer money to a personal account or in cash, please contact us immediately to verify before making any payment.

Where SamadMBBS charges a guidance or processing fee for admission management services, this fee is disclosed clearly before the family commits to our services. The amount, scope of services, and payment terms are communicated in writing via WhatsApp before any payment is requested. SamadMBBS processing fees are separate from college fees and are not refundable once the service has been rendered.

Scholarship Terms and Conditions

The SamadMBBS Scholarship described on this website is a discretionary financial benefit offered by the platform operators — Osama and Samad — at their sole discretion. The scholarship is not funded by any college, government body, or external sponsor. Eligibility for the scholarship does not guarantee admission to any college, and admission to a college does not guarantee scholarship eligibility.

The scholarship amount, eligibility criteria, and availability may change between admission cycles. SamadMBBS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the scholarship programme at any time without prior notice. Decisions on scholarship eligibility made by Osama are final. The scholarship is applied as a reduction to SamadMBBS’s guidance fee and does not reduce any college’s official tuition or other charges.

YouTube Channel — Samad Vlogs MBBS

The Samad Vlogs MBBS YouTube channel is an independent content channel operated by Samad. Videos published on the channel are based on Samad’s personal visits, observations, and experiences at Bangladesh medical colleges. The information in these videos is for general informational purposes only and reflects the state of the college at the time of filming, which may not represent current conditions.

YouTube videos should not be treated as formal college reviews, official assessments, or endorsements. Colleges shown in campus visit videos are presented for informational purposes. The inclusion of a college in a YouTube video does not constitute a recommendation of that college by SamadMBBS or Samad, and the exclusion of a college does not imply it is unsuitable. SamadMBBS is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of YouTube content without independent verification.

WhatsApp Communication

SamadMBBS communicates with families primarily via WhatsApp. Information shared via WhatsApp by Osama or any SamadMBBS representative is based on the information available at the time and is subject to the same limitations described in this disclaimer. Suspended and Inactive Colleges

The DGME (Directorate General of Medical Education), Bangladesh, periodically suspends or deactivates private medical colleges from accepting foreign students. SamadMBBS maintains a list of known suspended colleges and advises families to avoid them. However, suspension orders can be issued, revised, or lifted at any time between the date of our publication and the date of your application.

SamadMBBS is not liable for any situation in which a student applies to or enrols in a college that is subsequently suspended, loses NMC recognition, loses BM&DC approval, or faces any other regulatory action after the date of our guidance. Families must independently verify the current DGME-approved college list at foreignstudents.dgme.gov.bd immediately before paying any fee to any college, regardless of what any website — including SamadMBBS — states about that college’s status.

No Guarantee of FMGE or NExT Success

SamadMBBS does not guarantee that graduates of any Bangladesh medical college will pass the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) or NExT (National Exit Test) in India. Pass rates vary by individual student preparation, examination performance, and regulatory changes to the exam structure. Any FMGE pass rate figures mentioned on this website are indicative community estimates and are not officially published data unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The quality of clinical training, study environment, and individual academic performance are factors outside SamadMBBS’s control.
